Information you provide through inquiries, such as your name, email address, and message content, will be used solely for responding to your inquiry and for related communication.

About the applications — OnecaratEditor Core / OnecaratEditor (Free)
Our policy in one sentence
OnecaratEditor Core and OnecaratEditor ("the App"), provided by Onecarat Labs ("we"), do not collect or transmit any personal information or any data handled inside the App.
What we do not collect
The App does not collect, transmit, or store on our servers any of the following — indeed, we operate no servers at all:
- Document contents, chat contents, voice recordings or transcriptions
- Search queries or folder-RAG index contents
- Personal information such as names or email addresses
- Usage or behavioral data (analytics, telemetry, crash reports)
- Device information or location data
About external communication
The App connects to the internet only when the user explicitly downloads AI models (from Hugging Face). This traffic consists of fetching model files and contains no user data.
Every external request is recorded in the App's network log (network.log), which users can inspect at any time (Help menu → "Open network log").
The App uses local loopback communication (127.0.0.1) for internal processing; this traffic never leaves your PC.
Where your data is stored
Your documents, AI models, RAG indexes, settings, and logs are stored only on your PC (under %LOCALAPPDATA% and in locations you choose). To delete them, see "Preferences → Data Management" in the App and the in-app Help.
Purchases and licensing (Core)
Purchases and license verification for OnecaratEditor Core are handled through the Microsoft Store, a built-in Windows feature operated by Microsoft. We never receive your payment or account information. Microsoft's handling of this data is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will announce it on this page. We will never make a change that weakens the App's fundamental principle of not collecting data.
