A quiet, focused text editor with local AI. After a one-time model download during setup, it runs fully offline. Every external request is recorded in a network log you can inspect at any time. “No data leaves your PC” is not a promise here — it is a verifiable fact.

What Core does

Folder RAG

Point Core at a folder and it indexes the documents inside (txt / md). Ask a question and the AI answers based on your own material, citing its sources — click a source to open the original file.

Voice input with organizer cards

Speak, and Core transcribes locally. The transcript can then be shaped with one click into a summary, meeting minutes, a to-do list, or an idea memo — no audio ever leaves your machine.

AI text processing

Select any text and apply one of seven tools: summarize, proofread, rephrase, translate, extract, format, and generate questions. The result appears next to the original text — compare, then replace or copy.

The editor itself

A Monaco-based editor with tabs, split preview (Markdown / HTML / CSV / JSON), folder-wide search, grep for very large files, customizable keyboard shortcuts, automatic backups, and Shift_JIS / EUC-JP encoding support.
